1. What ClickArena is

ClickArena is a free-to-play, skill-based online entertainment website operated from South Australia. Players click a button as many times as they can inside a rolling 24-hour window. There is no entry fee, no purchase requirement, and no wager. Any prizes awarded are based on measured player skill (clicks recorded within the window) — not on chance. ClickArena is not a lottery, not a game of chance, not a trade promotion, not a betting service, not a gambling service, and not a financial product or service.

Because entry is free and outcomes depend on skill, ClickArena is not a "game of chance" under the Lottery and Gaming Act 1936 (SA), nor a "gambling activity" under the Gambling Administration Act 2019 (SA), nor a "betting operation" under the Authorised Betting Operations Act 2000 (SA).

2. Prizes are promotional and discretionary

Any cash awarded to top-ranked players is a discretionary promotional paymentmade by the operator from the operator's own funds as a reward for skill. Prize amounts, schedules, eligibility, tiers, and the contest itself may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of future prizes, future service, or future access.

Current tier prize schedule (subject to change): Bronze $5/$3/$1; Silver $8/$5/$2; Gold $15/$8/$5; Champion $20/$10/$5. Your prize tier is determined by your league clicks total at the moment the 24-hour window closes.

A one-time first-competition reset will occur at the announced launch time. At that moment every player's click totals and league progress are reset to zero — coins, cosmetics, auto-clickers, and any active Pro Pass are preserved. The countdown to that reset is shown on the site.

3. No account balance, no ownership, no permanence

You do not hold money, credit, tokens, real property, virtual property, or a financial account on ClickArena. Coins purchased through the shop are consumable in-app conveniences with no cash-out value and are not refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Click counts, league progress, rank, in-app coins, cosmetics, and prize records are internal metrics used only to run the contest. If the service is discontinued, if your account is closed, if data is lost, or if the site suddenly disappears, no compensation of any kind is owed to you, subject to any non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this site is permanent or guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Prize payouts are currently only available to Australian residents holding a valid PayID or email address.
• One account per person. One phone number per account.
• Multi-accounting, sharing accounts, automation, macros, scripts, bots, or any tool that simulates or amplifies clicks will result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending and future prizes. Detection of superhuman click rates is automated and enforcement is immediate.

5. Payouts

Prizes are paid manually by the operator by PayID or bank-linked email, usually within 7 days of a valid claim. Timing is not guaranteed. The operator may withhold or reverse payment if fraud, cheating, duplicate accounts, or a breach of these terms is suspected. To receive a payout you must provide your legal full name, your PayID or email address, and any additional details the operator requests to verify identity.

6. Fair play & anti-cheat

The server automatically monitors click submission rates. Any account whose behaviour exceeds physically plausible human click rates, or matches known bot / auto-click signatures, will be banned instantly and permanently. Banned accounts are removed from leaderboards, cannot record further clicks, and forfeit all pending and future prizes. Bans are final. The operator's determination that automation was used is conclusive.

7. Purchases (coins, auto-clickers, cosmetics & Pro Pass)

The shop sells consumable in-app coins, permanent auto-clickers, one-time cosmetics, and a 30-day Pro Pass that grants gameplay perks for a fixed period. The Pro Pass is a one-time non-recurring purchase — it does notautomatically renew and there is no ongoing subscription charge. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. All prices are shown in USD. In-app items:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• May be removed, rebalanced, or discontinued at any time.
• The Pro Pass expires 30 days after purchase and is not refundable pro-rata.

8. Privacy

We store your email, chosen username, phone number, click statistics, in-app inventory, and — when you claim a prize — your legal full name and PayID or payout email until the payout is complete. We do not collect government-issued ID documents, dates of birth, or bank account numbers. Third-party authentication and payment providers handle their own data per their own policies.

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting the operator. Aggregate statistical data may be retained.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, the Fair Trading Act 1987 (SA), or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent liability can be limited, the operator's total liability to you for any claim is limited to AUD $10 or the value of any prize actually owing to you, whichever is greater.

10. No warranty, no liability

Except for non-excludable guarantees, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". The operator makes no warranties and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, accepts no liability for any loss including lost time, lost clicks, lost rank, unpaid prizes, service downtime, data loss, or website shutdown. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
